If you shoot with me long enough, you're likely to meet my amazing assistant (and best friend) Tricia at some point; especially if you attend my portrait events.
Tricia is my right hand at my events– keeping things flowing smoothly in the background and anticipating what I need in the moment. You'll see her jumping in to fix hair, adjust clothes, make the baby laugh, or remind me where I stashed a random but all-important piece of gear in my bag.
Tricia and I met nearly 20 years ago when we were barely more than teenagers. When I first moved up to Morgantown, I got a part-time job at the Patteson Drive Chic-fil-a, where I quickly came to love my sweet, calm, easy-going, efficient manager. We've now been dear friends and chosen family for almost 20 years (as have our husbands and kids)... and we still love working together whenever we have the chance!
If you're attending one of my portrait events, Tricia will likely be the smiling face to greet you as you arrive early to wait for your session to start.
