I am so excited to work with you and your little one to create their birthday portraiture!

The purpose of the questionnaire below is to help you think through what you want for your little one's session, and subsequently to enable me to plan well to accomplish that.

If you have additional questions, input, or simply prefer to plan your session via a different format, such as through email or a phone call, simply let me know. Whatever best serves you, we will make happen.

The complimentary smash cake is ordered from Apple Annie's Bakery; session plans must be finalized at least two weeks before your session date to allow for cake ordering, if you would like a complimentary cake.
